Self Pay Policies
Raleigh Radiology Cedarhurst, Clayton, Wake Forest and Brier Creek offer a discount to uninsured patients.
Option 1: A discount is extended to patients who pay in full at the time of service.
Option 2: A discount is extended to patients who would prefer a payment plan. A down payment is required at the time of service.
Down payment required at the time of service for payment plan arrangements:

- XRAY..... $25.00

Care Credit
We now accept CareCredit at our Cedarhurst, Wake Forest, Clayton and Brier Creek locations. CareCredit offers special financing for healthcare needs. They have low payment options with no up-front costs or pre-payment penalties including some with no interest. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card. It is a revolving line of credit that can be used for multiple services once you are approved up to the established line of credit. Apply online at CareCredit.com or by calling 800-859-9975 (to apply by phone applicants must be 21 years of age).
CareCredit has a variety of plans to choose from:
- No Interest Payment Plans for 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. No interest will be charged if at least the minimum monthly payment is paid on time AND the promotional balance is paid in full by the end of the promotional period. All charges qualify for the 6 month No Interest Payment Plan, however, the minimum charge for all other No Interest Payment Plans is $300.
- 14.90 Interest Rate/Extended Monthly Payment Plans for amounts of $1,000 or more on 24, 36, and 48 month plans and for $2,500 or more on 60 month plans.
If applying online and approved, the applicant should print out the approval page and bring it in with two forms of required ID. Applicants will receive a card in the mail within 7-10 days, but the initial charge can be made immediately upon approval. Applicants must call back on a pending application within 24 hours, or it is automatically denied. If applying by phone, the CareCredit operator will provide instructions on what to do when you arrive at our office in addition, but you must bring two forms of required ID.
