Raleigh Radiology Cedarhurst is currently recruiting for a full time Registration Supervisor. The Registration Supervisor will work with the registration staff to provide accurate, private and efficient patient registration functions in all registration areas. This position will register patients on a daily basis as well as train new staff and ensure the registration policies and procedures are followed. This role will assist the Business Office Manager with day to day operations, including preparation of deposits, analyzing of denials and other duties as assigned in the registration areas. This position will supervise registration in our satellite offices in Wake Forest and Clayton offices as well. It requires exceptional customer service skills as well as discretion and judgment in independently carrying out established methods and procedures. This person will also help coordinate staffing for the Registration Team and act as a liaison between the Registration Team and the Business Office Manager. Healthcare experience required. Radiology experience is helpful. Supervisory experience is required.
Raleigh Radiology Cedarhurst is recruiting for a full time Scheduler to perform scheduling of imaging procedures and office support functions of a specialized nature, requiring the use of independent judgment in a medical setting. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, phone etiquette, communication and organizational skills as well as discretion and judgment in independently carrying out established methods and procedures. Healthcare experience is required. Radiology experience is helpful.
Raleigh Radiology Wake Forest is also recruiting for a full time Registration Specialist. The Registration Specialist will provide accurate, private and efficient patient registration functions in all registration areas. This position will ensure the registration policies and procedures are followed. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills as well as discretion and judgment in independently carrying out established methods and procedures. Healthcare experience preferred. Radiology experience is helpful.

The Registration Specialist will provide accurate, private and efficient patient registration functions in all registration areas. Radiology experience is helpful.
