How to access and share your records with PocketHealth:
- Visit or call Raleigh Radiology at (919) 781-1437 to receive your Medical Record
Number (MRN). - Go to pockethealth.com/raleighrad to sign up using your MRN.
- Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link to view them.
- Instantly download and share your records.
- Receiving physicians can then easily view or import these images in full diagnostic quality with no software or account set up needed.
How to access and share your images and reports with PocketHealth from your patient portal:
As a Raleigh Radiology patient, you can also seamlessly access PocketHealth right from inside your patient portal account. To do so, simply log into your patient portal account, navigate to the ‘My Previous Exams’ section and click on ‘Image’ or ‘Share Image’ beside your desired exam to instantly access or share your images and reports through PocketHealth.
