Raleigh Radiology now uses Clearpath to securely manage all medical records requests for legal professionals. The Clearpath portal provides a streamlined, efficient way to request and receive patient records and imaging studies.

How It Works

• Create a Profile: Use the Clearpath portal to set up your account and submit requests for records and images.

• Submit Your Request: Once your profile is created, you can request patient images, reports, and other medical records directly through the portal.

• Billing: All billing for medical records and imaging studies will be handled securely within the Clearpath portal.

• Access Your Records: After your request has been approved and billed, you will be able to download the requested records and images directly from Clearpath.
