Free Screening Mammograms at Raleigh Radiology
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Raleigh Radiology is offering free screening mammograms on select days in October for uninsured women in our community. This annual initiative reflects our commitment to early detection, which can save lives by finding breast cancer in its most treatable stages.
This community service is available on a first-come basis for women who are 40 years of age or older, have no current symptoms of breast cancer (such as lumps, pain, or a personal history of breast cancer), and are currently uninsured. Please note that appointment availability is limited, and spots fill quickly each year.
As an ACR-designated Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, Raleigh Radiology is proud to deliver the highest standard of breast imaging care. We follow the American College of Radiology’s recommendation that women begin annual mammograms at age 40 to support proactive health and early detection.
The 2025 Schedule:
- Friday, October 3: Oberlin
- Friday, October 10: Clayton
- Friday, October 17: Midtown
- Friday, October 24: Blue Ridge
