Do I need a Patient Portal account to self-schedule?
Yes. You do need an existing Patient Portal account to self-schedule an appointment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any paperwork or printed instructions you received before your appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment online?
No. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 919-781-1437.
Where can I find my prep instructions?
Your prep instructions are available on the submission completion page at the end of the scheduling form.
Do I need my photo ID and insurance card to self-schedule?
Yes. Please have your photo ID and insurance card available to verify your information. If any updates are needed, you may be asked to submit your ID.
Can I self-schedule for someone else?
Yes, you can schedule an exam for another person as long as you have the patient’s required information.
Can I self-schedule at any location?
Available locations depend on your exam type, where that service is offered, and your home address.
Do I need an order from my provider to self-schedule?
Yes. You must have an order from your referring provider before you can self-schedule.
How does insurance and billing work when I self-schedule?
Insurance and billing information may be pre-filled during scheduling. Please review your information carefully and update anything that is incorrect. Raleigh Radiology Unattended Child Policy: Children under 12 are not permitted in the imaging rooms using radiation, unless they are being seen for a service, and cannot be left unattended in waiting areas. Children in ultrasound rooms are under the discretion of the parent.
