Interventional Radiology
Vascular and Interventional Radiology is a medical subspecialty of radiology. Interventional Radiology utilizes minimally invasive, image guided procedures to diagnose and treat diseases in almost every organ system.
Interventional Radiology allows for the diagnosis and treatment of patients using the least invasive techniques while minimizing risks to the patient and improving health outcomes. These procedures have less risk, less pain and less recovery time than traditional surgery, most being outpatient surgeries or one night hospital stays.
Our highly trained team of Interventional Radiologists delivers safe, effective and focused care to our patients using state-of-the-art imaging. Out-patient interventional radiology procedures can be performed at our Vascular & Interventional Specialists at our Midtown location (5111 Falls of Neuse Rd, Suite 105, Raleigh, NC 27609).
